Return Policy

At QueenXOnails, each set of press-on nails is handmade with love and crafted just for you, so all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely happy with your order!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Sizing Issues

• Since nails are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please use our sizing guide or order a sizing kit before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and we cannot make changes.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, we do not accept returns on:

• Used or worn nails

• Custom or personalized sets

• Nail care products (glue, removers, buffers, etc.)
